At GroceNova, we are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery of fresh, high-quality groceries. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we manage orders, dispatch, and deliveries.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement.
Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the following working day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, order size, and unforeseen events (e.g., weather or strikes).
3. Shipping Methods
We offer multiple delivery options for your convenience:
Standard Postal Service – Economical, available across most regions
Express Courier – Fast delivery through trusted courier partners
Local Store Pickup – If enabled, customers may pick up orders from a designated GroceNova location
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified minimum value (announced from time to time).
5. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across selected pin codes and regions in India.
You will be informed during checkout if your address is serviceable.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link (if tracking is supported).
For orders without tracking, our support team is available to assist with delivery status.
7. Missed Deliveries
In case of failed delivery attempts due to unavailability, we will attempt a redelivery as per our policy.
If redelivery is unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled and refund processed as applicable.
8. Delays in Delivery
Delivery may be delayed due to high demand, festivals, public holidays, or other external circumstances.
We will do our best to notify you of any delays and resolve issues quickly.

GroceNova is not liable for any delays or damages caused by third-party carriers but will assist you in resolving such issues.
10. Cancellation & Refund of Goods
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery, due to the perishable nature of groceries.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide order details and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is validated, we will issue a refund or replacement as per our policy.
