1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement.

  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the following working day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, order size, and unforeseen events (e.g., weather or strikes).

3. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple delivery options for your convenience:

  • Standard Postal Service – Economical, available across most regions

  • Express Courier – Fast delivery through trusted courier partners

  • Local Store Pickup – If enabled, customers may pick up orders from a designated GroceNova location

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified minimum value (announced from time to time).

5. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver across selected pin codes and regions in India.

  • You will be informed during checkout if your address is serviceable.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link (if tracking is supported).

  • For orders without tracking, our support team is available to assist with delivery status.

7. Missed Deliveries

  • In case of failed delivery attempts due to unavailability, we will attempt a redelivery as per our policy.

  • If redelivery is unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled and refund processed as applicable.

8. Delays in Delivery

9. Third-Party Logistics

  • GroceNova is not liable for any delays or damages caused by third-party carriers but will assist you in resolving such issues.

10. Cancellation & Refund of Goods

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery, due to the perishable nature of groceries.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide order details and clear photos of the issue.

  • If the issue is validated, we will issue a refund or replacement as per our policy.
